1 . What is the minimum order q'ty?
Most of the products have is 3pcs or 6pcs for each style, but the Amount USD200 each order is requested ,not include delivery cost ,tax and VAT. For order amount under USD200,we will increase the price according to your finalized order q'ty.

2 .about the order process
Method 1: Make a order directly from our website.
¡¡ Step 1.:At first, Please add all the products you want into the shopping cart and then follow the instructions to complete the order form and submit, if the shipmethod you select EMS our system will auto calculate postage for you , if not you we will confirm your order and update your order shipping cost and total amount within 24 hours.
Step 2:And then when you tracked your order status have updated, you can pay your order now.
Step 3:Third. So that we could check your pay, and send the parcel to you in time, and then we will tell you the tracking number, so you could check online.
Method 2: Make a roder by mail
Step 1: Choose itemcodes that you want to buy to sales@qlingerie.com. Please include your contact real information in your mail.
Step 2: when we received your order mail, we will confrim your order and send shipping cost and total amount and our company paypal account and bank account to your mail box within 24 hours.
Step 3: when you received our feedback information, you can pay the order.
Step 4: when we received your payent, we will send your goods to you in time.
Step 5: when we shipped out goods to you, we will send the order number to you, you can track your order in the EMS, DHL,UPS or other Express website.
3.Could I use your photo for resell purpose, can you remove the watermark?
Yes, we will send a disk including the photos without our watermark to new buyers.if you just firstly want to get our pictures to be used .we can send you a CD separately £¬you should afford the postage , the fee is $20usd shipping to most of country and we will send free panty for you to evaluate our quality .
4.What should I do when I forget my password?
