using simple packing, every set packed in a plastic bag, and 10 sets in a big plastic bag.

3.Do you accept OEM condition and what is minimum quantity for OEM condition?
Yes ,OEM condition is welcomed and the minimum quantity depend on the items you order. And please send the clearly model pictures which you want to order to us , I will submit them to our Designers, once we have the Material, we could product for you in time, if have not, we will search them for you, and then product. and send the samples with other items you order for you first so that you could check. more detail, please contact us via email:sales@qlingerie.com
About Order
1.What is the minimum order q'ty?
We have not the min order nlimit, you can order any qty as you like.
3.about the order process

we make that place the order from us is as secure and simple as possible. You could make order from our web site online.

At first, Please add all the products you want into the shopping cart and then follow the instructions to complete the order form and submit, getting your order number. ( Please record this order number for further inquiries ).

And then ,After you made the payment we will need about 1-3 days deal with your order.(because our business department need clear up all of our orders first and post it to our warehouse for take the stack one by one orders and once order have any problem they will post back to our business department and we also will send the email notice fro you, thank you.)

Third, after we ship out our parcel then we will tell you the tracking number and write the track number in your order sheet, so you could check online.


 

About Shipping
1.how to package?
we will ship by International packages/ EMS/DHL/UPS/TNT, or we will shipping by the sea, if the order cubage is more than 1 stere, that depending on the area you live in.
2.could we have any discount of postage?
Yes ,of course. we are the Old customer of International express , we can have Preferential cheaper price of the shipping. For example: we are the old customer of EMS, then we can get 50% discount from the post office of the total.
3.how many days it takes?
general it takes 3-4 working days to all the world by UPS, and, it takes 5-7 working days by EMS, and takes 4-5 working days by TNT/DHL, depending on the area you live in.
4.how to calculated does the postage?
Postage is calculated in accordance with the weight ,So buy more and save more! For example: the EMS express charge is almost the same price for 1 or 5 items with the package. the heavier the parcel, the cheaper the shipping cost per KG. if you make your order online step by step on our website our web system will Automatically calculate the shipping costs for you.
5.About the delivery time
After you place an order, we will check your order first and then send the invoice to our warehouse within 24 hours.and the warehouse will pick up for you soon in general we could send your parcel to you within 1-3 working days.
6.tell me the shipping cost before order
the shipping costs depend on the weight, delivery way(EMS, DHL, TNT, UPS, or sea transit), and destination country. So it is difficult for us to declare an exact shipping fee before you place an order (for example:the weight of one piece bikini is about 0.15kg ,but the leather is about 0.3kg /pc ) . And you could choose the shipping company you like and we will also check all the express and suggest the most suitable way for you . If you are not satisfied with our shipping fee , you also can choose to cancel your order. Thank you for your understanding.
7.About the Local taxes and import duties?
Local taxes and import duties may be incurred in some countries and are not included in the amounts shown. The buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for all such taxes and duties. Our products are sold worldwide and we cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of every country. If in doubt, please check with your country's customs office prior to ordering.

8. How to get tax less or free upon import ?

Any import charges or fees are the buyer's responsibility. In order to ensure you receive your order tax less or free upon import, we will declare it as a “GIFT” or “SAMPLE” with a lower value. This lower price does not reflect the total price you paid or the market value of the product and may not apply to countries with different tariff rules. If need to using the true value, or any other requests, please write down the information on the “Notes” when you Complete order.
 
About Returns & Terms

We attach importance to the quality of products and services , so before sending the parcels out, we will double check and try our best to avoid any.problems

1.How to deal with, If the item is defective?

We are sorry that the item is defective, and we will actively deal with such incidents. we also need your help.

First: If the item is defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery..

Second: please take some pictures of the defective items, and then send to us by email, so that we could feedback to our facatory, after we get reply from our factory, we will give you some solutions.

Third: Customers can send them back , or comunicate with our customer service, we will try our best to give better solution. If you insist to send them back, all items must be returned in their original condition, in order to confirm for a refund or exchange of goods. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and taxes incurred.

Are all the items shown on your site in stock?

Almost. We won’t show the item on site if it is not in stock or stopped producing.

If several items I ordered are not in stock, how will you handle with it?

We will contact with you by email, there will be four choices for you:

1) Change to other items which in stock with the same value
2) Deduct the value of the lack items from your order invocie before you pay
3) Refund the value of the lack items to you if you have paid
4) Send them to you with your next order if you will order again

Can I get photos of all the products without your watermark?

Yes, photos without our watermark will be sent to you emailbox after your order placed,but please contact our customer service first: sales@qlingerie.com

Can you send the Certificate of Origin attach with my shipment?

Sorry for your order's payment that's not includes the COz cost so if you need please contact our customer service first:sales@qlingerie.com and pay for the extra 30 usd + extra shipping cost;
